Goal

Claim a real plot of land on the internet that reflects how I actually build and think, with enough structure to keep publishing friction low.

What shipped

• a typed local MDX content system for projects, writing, monthly now logs, and resume content
• project detail pages plus filtering by category and status
• writing archives with reading time and tag pages
• a live now dashboard, downloadable resume, command palette, anti-scrape email reveal, and SEO/RSS/sitemap plumbing

Hardest challenge

Turning "I should publish more" into an actual system with enough opinionated structure to make updates routine instead of aspirational.

Outcome

It is now the canonical public home for my work, writing, and current focus at iomancer.dev.
